When a visitor enters a name or location in a search tool, the query passes to the outside company that runs it. That provider processes the entry and returns any result. Stewart County Criminal History does not create its own separate record of the submitted search terms.

It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal histories.

Links may lead to the Stewart County Sheriff's pages, court portals, Georgia agencies, legal-aid organizations, or outside search services. A destination's own privacy policy applies after a visitor leaves this site. Review it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select interest-based ads. Stewart County Criminal History does not operate that tracking.
